About Usemodra
Usemodra is a product of Storm Web Design, registered in the Netherlands. We build dashboard software for fashion brands, providing real-time insights into sales, inventory, marketing performance and more.
Subscription & Payment
All subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Onboarding Fee
A one-time onboarding fee may be charged for initial setup and configuration. This fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has started.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current period.
Platform Downtime
We strive for maximum uptime. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, affected customers will receive a one-week credit applied to their next billing cycle.
Connections & Security
Usemodra connects to your store and marketing platforms through our app or via API keys you provide. All credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.
Changes & Discontinuation
We will provide at least 30 days written notice before any major changes to the platform or discontinuation of the service. Notification will be sent to your registered email address.
Third-Party Data
Usemodra integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics 4, and Klaviyo. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data provided by these services.
